There are encounters that change everything. Ours began in Bali.
From the outside, Bali looks like paradise. The sun, freedom, beaches, parties, new encounters. And it is. But living on the other side of the world also means learning to be far from your family, your benchmarks, everything you know.
Here, connections are formed differently. Faster. Stronger.
You arrive knowing no one and sometimes, a few weeks are enough to feel like you've found a new family. You meet someone one evening and five days later, that person has already left for the other side of the world. People arrive, leave, maybe come back. You get attached knowing that everything can be temporary.
And then, in the midst of it all, there are the people who stay.
We are Lolo and Lilou.
We met in Bali when we didn't know each other at all. Two girls from two different worlds who might never have met anywhere else but here. Today, we are best friends.
And yet, we could hardly be more different.
Lolo is fire. Spontaneous, direct, wholehearted, sometimes explosive.
Lilou is more calm. More thoughtful, composed, one who takes her time before acting.
We don't always think alike. We almost never react alike. We can argue, laugh five minutes later, have two completely opposite visions, and end up creating something neither of us would have imagined alone.
And ultimately, that's exactly where DO NOT DISTURB PARIS was born.
Not from a perfectly prepared business plan. Not from a desire to create "just a clothing brand." But from our lives, our friendship, our differences, and everything Bali taught us about living fully, without knowing how long things will last.
WHY THESE T-SHIRTS?
We've always loved fashion, but especially pieces that say something.
We wanted to create T-shirts that are simple to wear, but impossible to ignore. Oversized pieces with strong words on the back. Phrases that can be read as simple messages, but also tell a way of life.
DO NOT DISTURB.
Cut out the noise. Protect yourself. Be in your bubble and choose who you give your energy to.
OFF DUTY.
The right to disconnect. To owe nothing to anyone. To live for oneself, even if only for a day.
FULLY BOOKED.
A life already full. Of projects, travels, friends, encounters, unexpected events. Not necessarily too busy for others — simply too busy living.
We chose these words because they represent us. And because we believe they can mean something different for each person who wears them.
We spent time on every detail. We imagined the designs, chose the colors, found the right cuts. We had our first samples made, we waited impatiently for them… and when we received them, we weren't satisfied enough.
So we started over.
Because we didn't want to release something just to say we had created a brand. We wanted to be proud to see someone wearing our T-shirts in the street.
DO NOT DISTURB PARIS is a piece of our story.
A story born between Paris and Bali, between two completely different girls who found each other thousands of miles from home.
CHAPTER 01 is just the beginning.
Not for everyone. And that’s the point.
